Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Acuit Solutions (Pty) Ltd online store (“we”, “us”, “Acuit”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products & pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to keep product information, pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel an affected order with a full refund.
2. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We accept secure online payments via Yoco. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error).
3. Delivery
Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays and delivered nationwide by The Courier Guy. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
4. Returns & refunds
You may return unused goods within 7 days under the Consumer Protection Act’s cooling-off provisions, and faulty goods within their warranty period. See Shipping & Returns.
5. Quotation items
Some products (e.g. certain Poynting antennas) are quote-only and are not sold at a fixed online price. Use the “Request a Quote” button and we’ll respond with pricing and availability.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
