When will my order ship?
We dispatch orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed and paid before a dispatch day go out on that day; otherwise on the next one.
Who delivers, and how long does it take?
We ship nationwide with The Courier Guy. Main centres typically take 1–3 business days after dispatch; regional and outlying areas a little longer.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Live Courier Guy rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
How do I pay?
Securely online via Yoco (cards and more) at checkout.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Yes — all prices shown include VAT where applicable, in South African Rand.
Some products say “Request a Quote” — why?
A few specialist items (e.g. certain Poynting antennas) are quoted per order. Click Request a Quote on the product and we’ll come back with pricing and availability.
Can I return something?
Yes — unused items within 7 days (Consumer Protection Act cooling-off), and faulty items within warranty. See Shipping & Returns.
