Shipping & Returns
Dispatch schedule
Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays. Paid orders received before a dispatch day ship that day; otherwise on the next dispatch day.
Courier & delivery times
We deliver nationwide with The Courier Guy. Typical delivery after dispatch: main centres 1–3 business days, regional 2–4, outlying areas 3–5. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery fees
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address — no surprises.
Returns — cooling-off (Consumer Protection Act)
You may return unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. Contact us first to arrange the return.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the CPA and the manufacturer’s warranty.
